Sam is a raft guide originally from northern Maine. She spent two seasons guiding on the Kennebec and Dead Rivers in The Forks, then added the Penobscot River in Millinocket during their second summer guiding. Sam loves meeting and getting know all the wonderful coworkers and crews that rafting introduces to her. During the rest of the year Sam is an undergraduate student at Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts where they study Political Science with a concentration in Comparative Politics. Typically she can be found hanging out with friends, playing Connections on the New York Times app, and drinking coconut redbull--always coconut.
