TRANSPORTATION

Ride Options in the Area

Cascade Raft & Kayak is located approximately an hour’s drive north of Boise, Idaho. If you need transportation, here are a few options:


  • Caldwell Transportation (motor coaches),
  • Harlow’s School Bus Service,
  • Diamond Limousine and Showcase Limousine (small buses, vans or car service).


*It is not recommended to use a ride share service like Lyft or Uber. While you might be able to get a ride to our location finding a ride back is nearly impossible.

Cascade Raft & Kayak’s own Rio Cafe

Located in the main building Rio Cafe features made-to-order sandwiches, fresh-baked cookies, milkshakes and smoothies, draft beer and other drinks, as well as grab-n-go snacks, you can fuel up before or after your trip.


For sit-down dining in Horseshoe Bend you have several options.

Fishing & Boating Info

Fishing Licenses

Idaho fishing licenses can be purchased online from Idaho Fish and Game, or in person at Ray’s Country Store in Horseshoe Bend, or the Chevron station in Garden Valley.


Invasive Species Stickers

Anyone who will launch a boat in Idaho waters must buy an Idaho Invasive Species Fund sticker. Cascade Raft & Kayak is a vendor, or you can buy them online from Idaho Parks and Recreation.
