Ari is from Minturn Colorado. He escapes the heat of summer by chillin and playing on the water, in a kayak. This is his first season at Cascade, although he has instructed at 2 other kayak schools throughout the past 2 summers. He too was once terrified to kayak, now this will be his 6th summer paddling. Currently he is studying mechanical engineering at Cal Poly Slo, he keeps school manageable by surfing, climbing, skiing, exercising, playing guitar, and baking. When he gets old and frail he plans to resume playing golf.
