Alma is originally from Portland, OR, and is currently attending Montana State University in Bozeman, MT. She is studying fish and wildlife and hopes to one day work in predator research, ideally working with wolves or owls! She finds all wildlife fascinating and won't hesitate to attempt to identify birds or pick up any kind of creature she can find. While at school she has created a great balance of some classes and lots of adventures where you can find her climbing, skiing, backpacking, fly fishing, and attempting any other outdoor activity available! She is an avid hacky-sacker (although not particularly skilled) and thinks it's one of the best ways to meet new people so don’t hesitate to show her your skills! This is her first year at Cascade Raft and Kayak and she couldn't be more excited to spend the summer on the Payette!
