Born and raised in the midwest, Mac first explored the Western United States through cross-country camping and rock climbing trips with friends and family. This passion for traveling and a love for the outdoors inspired him to come to Idaho and become a raft guide at Cascade! This will be his first year as a Cascade raft guide, and he's excited for the new experiences, friends, and memories to create on the Payette. Mac also has a love of conservation work and aspires to continue in the field into future. In his free time, Mac most enjoys listening, playing, and recording music. As multi-instrumentalist and songwriter, he loves creating his own music as well as helping friends bring their musical projects to life!
