Isabel is a whitewater slalom and extreme slalom athlete from Horseshoe Bend, Idaho. She has been kayaking since 2011. She comes from a long tradition of slalom kayaking including her grandparents, uncles, father and mother, who have all competed on the national team. In addition to her training, she works as a safety kayaker and raft guide on the Payette River during the summer months. In 2022 she started  her studies at American University, where she is majoring in finance (and navigation of the Metro). Isabel loves clementines, horses, and thinks rocks are pretty neat. Plus she has a library card to the Library of Congress.
