The Cascade Raft River Center offers a welcoming environment alive with the anticipation of river adventures. Our full-service operation includes a cafe and gift shop, state-of-the-art photography department, changing rooms and restrooms, riverside beach, and ample parking. Savory cuisine prepared by our professional catering staff combined with a picturesque outdoor dining atmosphere is the perfect way to end your river day.

Served with a four-cheese Idaho potato tart, green beans tossed in an orange-sherry butter, and Walla Walla sweet onions slow-roasted with olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar.
