the confines of the city into the open-air splendor of the
Idaho outdoors. From a splashy three-hour getaway to an entire
day of whitewater thrills, we offer a comfortable level of
whitewater excitement for both the first timer and seasoned
whitewater enthusiast.
The Cascade Raft River Center offers a welcoming environment
alive with the anticipation of river adventures. Enjoy views
of the Main Payette from our riverside decks and open patios
or relax on the expanse of lush green lawn. Our full-service
operation includes a cafe and gift shop, state-of-the-art photography
department, changing rooms and restrooms, riverside beach,
and ample parking. Savory cuisine prepared by our professional
catering staff combined with a picturesque outdoor dining atmosphere
is the perfect way to end your river day. |

Brie served with the summer’s best fruit.
Fresh vegetables served with a mouth-watering red pepper and sour
cream dip.
Salad:
Mixed greens with purple onions, toasted walnuts, and Gorgonzola,
tossed with Dijon vinaigrette.
Entrée:
Tender filet of salmon from the Pacific Northwest and marinated flank
steak slow-cooked to perfection over our river rock grill. Served
with a four-cheese Idaho potato tart, green beans tossed in an orange-sherry
butter, and Walla Walla sweet onions slow-roasted with olive oil
and a splash of balsamic vinegar.

Krista's heavenly chocolate mousse.
